- WHAT IS THE GOLD DIAMOND NEXT TO THE ARTIST NAME?
The golden diamond indicates that a print has been purchased of this image. Since all artwork shown in this gallery is available as print-on-demand, we wanted to indicate the sale but not limit additional sales by using a red dot.
- WHAT IF THE PRINT COLORS COME OUT DIFFERENT THAN THE ONLINE PHOTO?
Kindly understand that you are purchasing a custom work of art. We have made every effort to display colors and images as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
- IS THE PRINT I BUY SIGNED?
How the print is attributed depends on the artist. Each artist will determine whether they want to sign the print personally, digitally, or include a Certificate of Authenticity.
- WHY ARE TWO DIFFERENT SIZES LISTED FOR SALE NEXT TO THE PICTURE?
We have listed the paper size and image size. The image size is the actual size of the image area on the paper. When purchasing a print, carefully consider the paper size vs. image area size. Note that the actual image size may not be standard, requiring custom mattes or frames should you decide to frame the work.
- WHAT’S A GICLEE PRINT?
A giclee print is archival pigment on watercolor paper. Prints from this exhibition will be printed on Hahnemuhle Photo Rage Baryta which features a pleasant, saturated semi glossy finish.
- WHY SHOULD I FRAME THE PHOTO?
This is a custom work of art and framing the photo protects the archival print from the elements and professionally displays the artwork.
- WHAT HAPPENS IF I WANT A REFUND?
Returns and exchanges can only be accepted within 30 business days of receipt of artwork. If you are unhappy with your final print, contact us at exhibitionscommiteepwp@gmail.com and we will organize a refund or replacement in the event of shipping issues or damage. As you are ordering a custom work of art, we will require the print to be returned or proof that the print has been destroyed prior to issuing a refund. Refunds will be on a case-by-case basis.
- ARE NFTS AVAILABLE?
NFTs of this work is not available through PWP Galleries. Generation and selling of NFTs of any work presented in these galleries is strictly prohibited.
- ARE VOLUME PURCHASES AVAILABLE?
We reserve the right to limit the sales of prints to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any prints purchased.
